Giusti Pearls of Balsamic 50g

Through the spherification process in sodium alginate, a technique used in molecular gastronomy, Giusti Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 1 Medal is used for the black pearls, and Giusti White Condiment is used for the white pearls. Each are entrapped in mini balls of caviar, giving a completely new consistency and adaptability to creative dishes. Holding their shape even on warm foods, the balsamic pearls are particularly suited to beef fillets, risottos, cheeses and tapas.
